The busy schedule and competing needs of a Motorsport Athlete demands a tailored and flexible approach to fitness training.
On-demand workouts with instruction videos, meal plans, direct messaging and video calls with your assigned RP Action Coach keeping you accountable. We’re also available for in-person training at a variety of locations, including our Performance Lab in Melbourne.

By joining as a RP Motorsport Athlete you’ll be a part of a wide community of drivers competing at all levels of the sport. RP Coaches are also trackside at major motorsport events throughout Australia. From Karting, Supercars, Open Wheelers, GT’s, Sprint Cars and Endurance Racing we’ve got you covered. With a wide network with motorsport teams and drivers accross the globe our mentorship will help set you on the right path to success.

As Head Performance Coach at Reaction Performance, Leigh is committed to helping individuals achieve their full potential. Strength is the foundation of overall fitness, making it a priority in his training philosophy. Through motorsport-specific fitness programmes for driver athlete performance, he ensures that racers build the physical resilience needed for high-intensity competition.
By implementing carefully designed training programmes, Leigh supports clients in developing strength, enhancing muscular endurance, and improving functional movement. Beyond lifting weights, his approach pushes clients to their physical limits, unlocking the transformative benefits of strength training while improving race endurance and injury resistance.

Leigh has collaborated with top motorsport athletes, including Tony D’Alberto, Cameron Hill, Cameron Crick, Molly Taylor, Aaron Cameron, and Cooper Murray.
