These elements aren’t designed to work in isolation. They work together as an integrated set of solutions to help you achieve your greatest potential. We’ll be coaching you in the key areas needed for you to achieve your goals.
Before you start any new health and fitness program it is important to review stress and health indicators to determine your best way forward. This phase is designed to set you up for success. This is where you ‘Work In’ before you ‘Work Out’
This is where we build your aerobic base and condition you for good health, and recovery. We teach you to develop a deeper awareness of you heart rate and respiration control. In this element we’ll begin introducing wearable technology.
Giving you the right education and support to develop nutritional habits that work for the body rather than against the body. This element is central to achieving mastery of your performance potential.
Functional mobility is necessary for you to move well. To move well prepares you for improved Strength and Skill. That’s why in the Muscle element we focus on functional strengths and weaknesses, muscle activation and movement development.
Once you’ve laid the foundations of performance with MINDSET, CARDIO, NUTRITION, and MUSCLE we’ll begin to introduce the heavier compound movements i.e. Deadlifts, Squats and Bench Press and the use of Sleds. If you’re new to these exercises we’ll be helping and coaching you through as you master the technique. We’ll also tune the exercise to match the positional demands of your orthopaedic profile.
Having mastered the first 5 elements, you’re now in the best possible position to achieve your ultimate goals. Here we can introduce bespoke programming to target your performance goals. It may be a Personal, Professional, Physical, or Athletic based skill. Maybe there’s something on your bucket list that was put on hold. We’ll can also help direct you to the right person within our network of coaches, trainers and allied health professionals where required.

While Strength and Conditioning lays the foundation, Leigh understands the importance of a strong aerobic base to improve endurance, elevate heart rates, and boost overall cardiovascular health. With Leigh as a guide, clients will engage in workouts to get them breaking a sweat and increase heart rates in a way that ultimately help you to move, feel, and look better.

For over a decade, Tania has been a beacon of inspiration as a dedicated Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor. With a profound passion for wellness, Tania strives to empower individuals to create lives filled with energy, vitality, and holistic well-being. Understanding that age is no barrier to personal growth, Tania encourages clients of all ages to listen to their bodies, nurture themselves, and focus on mental health and social connections.
Tania is a firm believer that every workout, no matter how small, counts towards your goals, the key is consistency, which often is more important than intensity.
With an unwavering commitment to their clients’ success, Tania is driven by a genuine love for helping people move better, grow in confidence, improve their mindset, and achieve their goals.
Harry provides exceptional support to clients, assisting them in achieving their fitness goals and fostering a strong sense of community with Reaction Performance clients.
Based at our Billanook College gym he focuses on building relationships within the community while also assisting with our online training programs.
As a Exercise Science student who is nearing the completion of his degree Harry has had the opportunity to work with junior and senior sporting talents in high-level environments within the AFL. Through these experiences, Harry has honed his skills in optimising athletes’ performance, helping them perform at their best on the field.
Harry is also passionate about Cricket, and Long-distance running. He’s currently training for a Marathon later this year!
With his first hand experience in developing his own running programs Harry brings a well-rounded perspective to athletic development as a positive and impactful Trainer at Reaction Performance.
Krystal is an aspiring professional in the fields of Exercise Science and Mechanical Engineering completing her internship with Reaction Performance. Currently in her final year of studies at the University of Wollongong (UOW), she brings a unique blend of knowledge and skills to the RP team. With a strong passion for athletic performance, and injury rehabilitation and prevention, Krystal is dedicated to applying her analytical approach to human engineering and helping RP clients excel in health and fitness.
As part of her internship, Krystal actively contributes to the development and implementation of RP’s online program delivery. She collaborates with the team to create effective training programs, focusing on optimising performance and minimising the risk of injuries. Krystal is also involved in supporting our motorsport athletes during RP’s training camps and trackside events, providing guidance and assistance to enhance their training experience.
