MINDSET

Before you start any new health and fitness program it is important to review stress and health indicators to determine your best way forward. This phase is designed to set you up for success. This is where you ‘Work In’ before you ‘Work Out’

CARDIO

This is where we build your aerobic base and condition you for good health, and recovery. We teach you to develop a deeper awareness of you heart rate and respiration control. In this element we’ll begin introducing wearable technology.

NUTRITION

Giving you the right education and support to develop nutritional habits that work for the body rather than against the body. This element is central to achieving mastery of your performance potential.

MUSCLE

Functional mobility is necessary for you to move well. To move well prepares you for improved Strength and Skill. That’s why in the Muscle element we focus on functional strengths and weaknesses, muscle activation and movement development.

STRENGTH

Once you’ve laid the foundations of performance with MINDSET, CARDIO, NUTRITION, and MUSCLE we’ll begin to introduce the heavier compound movements i.e. Deadlifts, Squats and Bench Press. If you’re new to these exercises we’ll be helping and coaching you through as you master the technique. We’ll also tune the exercise to match the positional demands to your orthopaedic profile.

SKILL

Having mastered the first 5 elements, you’re now in the best possible position to achieve those elusive goals and begin specialised programming to target your unique performance goals. It may be a Personal, Professional, Physical, or Athletic based skill. Maybe there’s something on your bucket list that was put on hold. We’ll can also help direct you to the right person within our network of coaches, trainers and allied health professionals where required.
